CoreMessage is located in a historic, downtown mansion aptly named, The White House. The White House as it stands today was constructed in 1885 during which time Gadsden Street was an affluent neighborhood. The house served as the residence of a number of prominent Tallahassee families.

Built for elegance and comfort, the house boasts a center hall which greets guests as they enter the three-story mansion with Italianate detailing. In its Victorian-era prime, the first floor ballroom played host to the toast of Tallahassee.
